Our History
Econolibre was born to make it easier for the professional world to enter the innovative ecosystem of the Libre Currency (Ğ1 / June). Having seen that many entrepreneurs, shopkeepers and associations wanted to adopt the June but lacked support, we decided to create this organisation.
Today, Econolibre brings together a team of enthusiasts with complementary skills: developers, trainers, alternative-economy consultants, communicators. Together, we work to democratise the use of the Libre Currency in the local and national economic fabric.

We believe in a fairer, more transparent and more solidarity-based economy. The Libre Currency embodies these values by offering a monetary system free of any debt, based on a universal dividend that is fair to all.
